Everything was perfectly fine, favourable location adjacent to the airport and casino and highways and all major attractions in the Springfield area, patient staff. The breakfast was free and we really enjoyed the lobby where the food was served.

The location is fantastic, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from Storrowton Village Museum. the staff were exceptional and always polite when I had questions. - I booked a room with a view.

Very clean room. Loved the bathroom with duel shower heads. Beds were the best. Did not want to get out of the bed. Most comfortable beds. Old hotel but best beds. That is what we needed. Relaxing. Comforting. Very friendly people. They seem to really enjoy and like their guests, unlike many other larger hotels where staff just is on schedule to check-in! Very helpful in looking after our needs of extra pillows etc.

Wow! This is truly the crown jewel of the city. U. S. Congressman stayed here too! Took memorable pictures. Best bed in very large room. Had nice clean water in pool. Small place but room kept clean like five star hotel. Must stay here and eat in next door restaurants. Better sterling value for tourists at this hotel.

Well the new owners have done fantastic job with the old building with new pool and luxurious beds in their large rooms. But we do see that even with the new-like parking lot, it still is one of the older buildings. But we are not concerned with the looks, we needed the comforts and convenience with the value which we certainly got. Would certainly come back again.

Best value in Springfield area. We have been staying at different motels and hotels but none could give us the satisfaction that we felt here. Usually such places are upscale franchised hotels but this owners really care for the guests and offer very large spacious rooms with one of the most comfortable beds that we have seen in a long time during our stays. One of the best restaurants was nearby walking distance - Latitude. The breakfast had hot fresh waffles and the front desk even helped us make ours. Night time Bananas, Apples and Oranges were kept for us with milk and cereals that we thought we would have to pay, but that all mid-night snack was just free for Guests. All within the price and no extra charge of anykind for Wi Fi or parking or internet. Hope bigger franchises learn from this small good hotel operator.

Hotel is hidden behind front row of buildings on the main road and is not easily visible while passing by the area. Roadside markers or directional signs could be helpful.

The location of this place was just perfect and super convenient, right across from the fairgrounds 🎡. Not to mention, it was just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions, the casino, highways, and awesome restaurants.

Extremely ugly hotel in quite a bad location (in the middle on nowhere). Rooms need desparately renocation and refurnishing. The price for this quality is not adequate. Staff was also quite unpolite - while check in your signature is requiret to accept various penalties stated by the hotel (for example, parking one car per room, additinal car will be charged 100$ etc.)

A light in the bathroom and the microwave did not work. We told them when we checked out since they were not important to out stay at the point we noticed them.
